Anyway, we yet don't have the material to capture the cutscenes in HD (and maybe it's not bad after all, because it would be too heavy to host and too heavy to keep on your computers)... And the quality of the videos I recorded ain't so bad

For the screensavers, I don't think that it would be so useful. When you install a screensaver, you have to open a .exe, and they often carry viruses or even trojans. If we host screensavers made by fans, even though we trust them, and that there's ever a virus inside one of them, some of you won't be happy

So anyway I am kind of person who has got a lot of ideas. I hope, there is no problem with it...

Could you upload a missing song (from cutscenes).

And in characters profiles could be "Voice Actors" of character and game in front of it (or backward)

For the music, this is something we cannot do, since some of the cutscenes musics are directly integrated to the videos with the sounds and voices.

The new channel design... It looks like "DARK BLUE" with Nefarious, Ratchet, Clank and Alister next to title, but with little different...Insteard Ratchet with Clank (as main background) could be this picture?

I don't know if forum improvements counts, but do you think that we needs a Rules thread for newcomers to see?

Many of us are pretty mature, calm and well behaved when we post replies and threads to the forum, but there might be someone in the future that might not co-operate here and could easily get banned right away. Hey, you may never know.

Rules like...

- No Spamming in the Forums
- Do not post any links that leads to pornography or extreme graphic material to the forums, for there are young members on the site.
- Use of mild language is acceptable, but make the mild cussing minimal.
- Strong language is not allowed for there are younger members on the site. Use "*" if you want to cuss vulgarly.
- Harassing any of the Moderators and Members in the forum will ban you immediately.

Those are some examples for what kind of stuff a Rules thread can have. Any newcomers who wants to stay in the Ratchet Galaxy forum for a long time might have a better understanding of what they can or cannot do on the site.

That's a good idea Tispy, because I've already been harassed as a mod.

I've heard about your harassed situation and I knew that something like this might happen. So I suggested this idea right away.

Perhaps the French Moderators could have a look on that and see if they can also have the warnings messages in English too... if they have any spare time to have a look and fix that.

Please do not get upset right away if someone is ignoring your ideas. Perhaps what you are suggesting is something that the Mods cannot do at the meantime. I think RatchetBlaster or Ratchetlombax will probably give you an update or a message about your thoughts to improve the site when they have the time.

That's a good idea, there should be an easier to notice rules list like that somewhere... so that all newcomers can notice it more easily.
