I found out today that there was a big earthquake in New York City.

Even a minor earthquake appeared in Toronto (where I am this week) passed by though I didn't felt it at all, but a person who asked me about the earthquake today did.

Oh dear, reading all these stories is scaring me I've only been in a few tremors but no major earthquakes, I hope that never happens! Only major thing I've been in was in my home town when I was young where there was a bad snowstorm, couldn't go outside for a while! So many terrible disasters have been happening this year...

An 6.5 magnitude earthquake just happened today at west Vancouver Island and it was felt from there all the way to Kelowna! but here in Abbotsford, I did not feel a slight earthquake here.
