Thread: Ratchet & Clank: Little Big Planet 2

yeah, the Move pack is about $10/£6… It seems a bit much just for one or two tools… emoji

It,s more than only one tool! you get new things for the music sequencer! and a new controlinator for ps move controllers! and much more! and a new tool i don,t remember the name! that allows you to destroy your objects!

That means it will be about $15 NZD. That is allot of money, but I need this material, I cant progress without it… Well I could, it just wouldn't be very fancy.

Yeah, but you wil really need it! i use it for the intro of my new levels! in Kr it cost: 51 kr! but that's doesen't help you much!

Are you serious!

You know many on this forum actually are kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and have you even seen the logic in the game!

LBP 1 is easy, but LBP 2 is actually full of math and logic!

Well in ways you are right, and in ways you are not…

The Story for booth games is pretty kiddy.

But the game was designed for three things: Playing other peoples levels, creating levels, and sharing levels online. So basically it is up to the community to decide weather or not the game is childish. You just cant have intense gore, and swearing… But just because you cant do gore and swearing doesn't mean it is for kids… Look at Ratchet and Clank.

And as Hennamann99 said; the game is tough, you need to be good at Mathematics, and basically solving problems using the Logic Tools provided, which is quite a challenge. I would say that if you wanted to make decent stuff on LBP you would have to dedicate around 1 or 2 months to mastering the tools you are given in create mode, but to do this you would need to be reasonably smart (Maybe around the age of at least 13)

And as much as it looks like it was designed for kids, I have noticed that all the people who are somebody's in the community are around the age of 20, because as I said, it's hard to make good original levels.

I will have the Move Pack by Christmas, with or without the Move Controller, I haven't got enough money for the Move Controller yet emoji

The main thing is that I get the pack and get the Sticker Panel. Then maybe one day (in January at the latest) I will get a PS Eye and Move Controller and dive into the new story (collecting many new materials, music tracks, stickers, decorations, and costume pieces in the process emoji

ok. Great emoji

you think youre on this weekend?

Spend Christmas on my PS3?

Hmmm… Okay! Yep I'll go on.

Yeah aster, do you have time tomorrow aster? and if you have time ratchetruller it would be fantastic! i really need help for level 1

Plus, it carries the implication that anything made for kids must automatically be labeled as inferior. While in some cases it is true, it is an unfair double standard.
