Thread: Who would have known Insomniac did something this perverted?

Now before you start off ranting with reading the topic out of content, I just found something pretty funny and shocking from the first Ratchet and Clank 1 game from phuchewe's Top 10 Easter Eggs in Gaming video.

When you reach to Blackwater City, go up to the Racer Girl and do some flips back and forth over her. Once you do them a few times, her boobs will actually go bigger. I'm not showing this just because it's perverted and be all hahaha funny, but more by the fact that Insomniac would actually do something like this in a game. I don't think this would be a big surprise to see this through gaming in general because there would at least be one perverted sequence or easter egg in a game.

Whether it is an easter egg or glitch, what are your thoughts about this?

Then you have the comic titles (Multiple Organisms anyone? ;P), and Going Commando (in the UK, this means walking around in jeans with no underwear on). Then you have the "Happy Platypus" in A4O, and probably loads of other innuendos I missed too.

I think it's just something to make the game fun for older players, much like Disney does so parents and older fans have something to lol at.

well even though insomniac isn't responsible for it, what about in secret agent clank when ratchet is in the showers, i found that even though they censor it, if you walk behind anything that shows up being transparent if you are standing in the right spot, the censor bar goes away. intentional detail there, or just a mistake they didn't catch?

Normally the R&C games are more verbal when it comes to innuendos, but I wouldn't expect an easter egg from a Ratchet game that will make a female character's boobs grow bigger.

True that game companies will throw something like this for kicks, but hopefully in a way that doesn't make you fell like a total pervert. For example, in the world Destiny Island from Kingdom Hearts 1, when you go to first person view and set below the dock where Selphie is sitting down, you can see her underwear underneath her dress. Now that's what I call a perverted moment in gaming.

I learned of this a good while ago, and it doesn't really seem like the sort of thing that would result from a glitch. Then again, it's not likely that you're just going to randomly do sideflips in front of her without knowing about the big breast bonus. They definitely did it on purpose and it just got out somehow.

It could be possibly the result of a weird eater egg… I wonder if this could be done in the trilogy.. *Thinks*.. But anyway I'll get the trilogy and find out if it's still possible… Well, the game developers could have forgotten about it till now and may have taken out that.. "Insanely Random Glitch" on the trilogy…
