Well, I just looked at the original 2013 teaser… Man, I didn't realize how much better does the final product look! Well, the character designs at least…

Of course! How could you not? Ratchet's face was all…
Clank and Qwark are fairly the same, but of course, Clank doesn't have dirt on his chrome…still kinda wish they used his in-movie design for the game

That moment when you see a pic from the first trailer and thought the movie is also about Ratchet's childhood…

Their designs are also tweaked and it shows, not nearly as much as with Ratchet's of course. As to the movie's Clank design being in the game - I like how IG decided to use their own non-literall-egghead Clank design, but the execution could've been better (still have the "Oh dear" imagery in front of my eyes….

Well, he looks really cute in the game.

I think the word you're looking for is 'fluffy'

Ah, yes! Kiddy and fluffy, to be exact. I like the fur detail, but for the face, well, don't be too kiddy. (Gah, am I the only man who thinks Ratchet can sometimes look cute?)

I don't really think that this is Ratchet. He might look really fluffy but he looks like Mr. Dinkles .
The new movie look is fluffy as well much more brown than yellow.

At least he looks more mature in the movie and game. Though still, I prefer the Future and PS2 design.
