Thread: Naughty Dog vs. Insomniac Games

Yeah, the first time I played Uncharted was best. One of those games where you'll never capture the awe of the first time playing again. Which is why I've left them all alone for a while, hoping I wil forget some. So far only Uncharted 3 has drained from memory, so I guess I'll only play that one when U4 comes out and watch the cutscenes from U1 and U2.

I would have expected that… but maybe everyone here is just a little bias, thanks to Ratchet & Clank? Nah, let's not jump to that conclusion.

Naughty Dog make incredible experiences, and technical master pieces. Insomniac make fun games that I feel I need to play over and over again. Because all of Naughty Dog's games are only really fun the first time for me, I often lean towards them, thanks to all the hours I've sunk into their games… well most of them. Games like Quest for Booty, All 4 One and Fuse aren't that fun playing more than once for me.

i kinda liked all 4 one

Oh yea, All 4 One was a great original new game. A fresh new direction that me and my little brother loved to play together. But t's one of those one-time games that can't be played twice or thrice with the same effect.

I've placed it once back in 2011, never touched it again. I feel like a bad fan.

It's okay Heather, I too have done the same thing. I always feel this urge inside me to play the game again, but I just can't do it. It's a really nice game, but I just can't play it without a friend or two at least… and no, it doesn't work online. I have tried time and time again, it just doesn't work. Same goes for Fuse.

I feel like I've been a cruddy fan of both Ratchet & Clank and Fuse by not returning to these games, but I think what matters is that we had fun playing them initially… well that's assuming you enjoyed A4O the first/only time around.

Yeah, they're both awesome games. But A4O missed the wow factor, Fuse however I'd like to play again some time. Last timed I mostly played Izzy (Ali Hillis). I wanna go with Naya this time (Jennifer Hale) ^^

I would suggest we try to play together, but I just remembered that that probably isn't going to happen. My usual characters were Izzy and Jacob, I think.

Even if I did like to play online, my gaming schedule is just too weird. Especially with the time differenceemoji

Mine usually matches up pretty well with most countries. There is no limit to what time I play games during weekends… unfortunately weekdays are not usually that good for playing games.

wheres the battle !?

Agreed. Where has Darkstar gotten off to!?

Oh, I know!

I have no idea what you mean by that link.
