The Lombax

The Lombax language comes from the first Ratchet & Clank game on the PlayStation 3, Ratchet & Clank Future : Tools of Destruction. In this episode, we could notice several time this mysterious with 22 symbols which match to our 22 occidental letters (the letters j, k, x and z dont have any matching signs). So, this system will allow you to translate our main language to Lombax.

Note : the missing letters have been replaced with inveted signs, so in fact, these aren't "official" letters created by Insomniac Games

Downloadable font

After the creation of a Lombax alphabet, the creation of a Windows font was a possibility. Thanks to Skrunch's work, who reproduced the 22 existing letters but who also created 4 new letters (j, k, x and z), a font known as « Lombax Language » is now available.

Font installation : After downloading the .ttf file on your computer, go to your configuration panel to find the "Fonts" folder (note : with Vista, you have to use the classical view so it can appear in your window). Go in this folder and paste the .ttf file inside. The installation is now over! You can now use this new language to type it on all you text editors programms!
Reminder : the letters j, k, x and z are letters created from other lombax letters by the font creator, Skrunch. These letters are not official creations from Insomniac Games.
