Today I went to Gamestop to play the Ratchet and Clank Ps4 game demo. They had both Metropolis and Nebula G34. Before I even started the game, I was invited by a beautiful main theme, and a cool Demo Trailer!
Right from the get-go, the graphics were amazing! I listened to the whole Metropolis soundtrack, and tried out all of Ratchet's moves. R1 + X makes Ratchet use the helipack. L2 + square makes Ratchet's wrench comet strike. O is the fire button, and the swingshot button. Ratchet doesn't have any idle animations (or low health face), but Clank does. And Clank is REALLY shiny! This is the best hes looked in years!
The view mode is different in the snagglebeast boss pit, because it's farther out, which actually works quite well. The Warmonger and Pixelizor are so effective against enemies, and all Blarg fear the "dreaded Groovitron!"
I explored some secret levels behind the Train Station, full of bolt crates and health. Fans of the original Ps2 will be happy to hear that the bomb crate sounds exactly the same when it ticks down to explode. Hopping on the Grav train, I got a good look at Brax, Elaris, and even Cora! Brax is full of spikes on the back of his head, and Cora stands tall with a combustor.
The Blarg have many new lines, such as "This planet belongs to Chairman Drek!" and "I'm getting a promotion for this!" or "What is that, a squirrel? Hunt him down!" When Blarg helicopters dance, they have some seriously wild face animations. They spin around on their helicopters like butterflies! When Robo Dogs bite Ratchet, they actually take off some of his fur, and chew it to bits!
The Snagglebeast boss pit was pretty much the same, but it was really fun to fight. And sorry–no glitches found on either level (and believe me: I tried!). The Ratchet and Clank Ps4 game is certainly one for the record books!

No brightness, just left/right controls. The only other buttons were to continue and quit…
hi there! im new here…. ….. actually im not! i mean, i played every game of ratchet and clank and i am biiigggg fan of them ( every day i watch the trailer and gameplay of new R&C, if i could , i would give them 1000000000 money just to bring us new game.i am sure everyone here would do same::rire

He's going for a "soft-dubstep" kinda feel in some of his tracks.

It just sounds kinda… Cheap. Like he wants to be more techno, space'y and stuff, but… Sigh, IG, if you're going for a 'retro-Ratchet' feel in your music you can just ask a certain French guy to help you out you know…

Hey! Am I the only one that saw Tealgamemaster on YouTube beating the first Ratchet & Clank With only the wrench. This has NEVER been done before without using a weapon sometime in the playthrough. I commend you to og watch it right now, since he did it mostly as a tribute to the upcoming PS4-game. Also he got an interview/conversation with Mike Stout (a Level/boss designer for Ratchet & Clank)and they talk about some quite interesting themes.
