Personally, I just imagine everyone by their profile pictures; RatchetRuler is - and always has been in my mind - just Qwark grinning at a wrench, and Kubak is Ratchet flinching from something unknown in Into The Nexus and so on.

Same here. Althrough most of people change their avatars (Heather was a lot of Ratchets and StarFox before, I was Bentley, Scrooge McDuck and more), I can't imagine Ratchetruler as anyone else than Qwark
