Alien: Isolation is awesome. I think Horizon is gonna be really cool too. I played a demo a feq months back and it was véry good.
Alien: Isolation is great indeed, way too scary though. As for Horizon, I have not played it but I have seen gameplay videos of it regarding the complete story and all I can say is that it looks like an awesome game both graphically and gameplay wise.
I hope there will still be a sequel to Isolation. If only because of the, er, cliffhanger.

We still know though from the extended cut of Aliens, that Elen's daughter Amanda dies on Earth at old age and not in space. And at the ending I think a light source can be seen on Amanda's helmet indicating that she was found and her reacting to that light by shaking her eyebrows.
Oh, definitely. But I still wonder whether Isolation may have confirmed that it was a lie, that she didn't die of cancer.
If a sequel happened, I think it may start with Amanda waking up on some ship that picked her up or something like that. Then have an interesting life spread over a trilogy! But that may be too much to hope for

About Isolation, it is funny that the same thing was supposed to happen to Ellen in her dream in the beginning of Aliens as seen in the original treatment of Aliens. I though it was a really intresting read
Hmm, yeah. Cool how they carried it over! I've actually read the Aliens novelization, which was indeed a bit different than the movie.
The one from Alien too. But the BluRay Extended Cut actually showed those scenes. So I guess they cut it out after the novelization was written.
