So before we begin I’d like to say that I’ll be changing the format a bit from the last section. I’ll be omitting ‘What the Game Got Us’ and ‘The Problem’, they felt kind of unnecessary.
Now without further ado let’s begin.

Section 2: The Sidekick

In previous games, Clank had been created in Quartu, a planet in the Solana galaxy. We were never sure how he was born from a machine that’s supposed to manufacture giant robots of death, but that’s what ACiT is here for… right?
After nearly surviving a nasty fall on planet Veldin, Clank is found by Ratchet who takes him to his workshop. Thus begins a beautiful friendship with many adventures to be had and is likely to last forever… or is it? dun dun duuun!
Skip a few games and we’re now in ToD, where Clank meets these mysterious creatures called the Zoni. We don’t know if they have any connections with Clank, but one thing’s for sure, time control is a go go now for our little robot friend. Unfortunately at the end of the game thee supposed “friends” kidnap Clank to an unknown location inhabited by Dr. Nefarious, now Ratchet is out to find Clank in an adventure through space and time, but what things is in this mysterious sack of surprises Clank has found himself in?
Well, let’s rewrite!

The Rewrite

No Hypersonic Brainwave Scrambler. It's hard to believe that thing didn't destroy Nefarious' brain. As a result, Lawrence will be the one dealing with the Zoni in a mecha robot of death or something like that.
Clank doesn't have a conversation with Nefarious. I always though Clank looking at that bomb and not doing anything at all to be rather stupid, so here the bomb catches him off guard and the conversation I mentioned earlier will have Nefarious use Clank as a Muppet and trying to imitate his voice.
Clank loses his ability to slow down time after the blast.
Nefarious puts Clank in the Mnemonic Station Beta, here Clank meets Orvus like normal, and when he wakes up he is greeted by Sigmund who is ready to open the container with the sceptre.
Sigmund never experiments on Clank, instead Clank has all of his abilities from birth.
Terratropes are natural beings in the Clock.
The video Clank watches reveals that the purpose of the Orvus Chamber was to return back in time one last time and restore all of the planets lost in the explosion. If the chamber was to be detroyed so would the planets that were restored.
Clank is never in contact with Ratchet, only with Azimuth.
Orvus never left the Clock and was ambushed by Nefarious and his troops when they arrived.
Plumber is not in station Iota, instead an imaginary Ratchet is the one who tells Clank he needs to move on because, at this point, that's what he'd want to hear from Ratchet.
The 6 minute rule i never established.

That's about it for now, sorry for being late with this.
See ya' next week!

I was the one to criticise the first part, but here… I must say I really like some of your ideas. Wich doesn't mean that I won't argue on one thing emoji

The video Clank watches reveals that the purpose of the Orvus Chamber was to return back in time one last time and restore all of the planets lost in the explosion. If the chamber was to be detroyed so would the planets that were restored.

First part - yes, this is a good reason to build the chamber. Part two - um… no. I don't see a reason for wich destroying the Chamber after the time travel would cause any trouble (going back and destroying it before would cause a paradox) - I don't see a reason for wich those planets existance should depend on existance of the Chamber - it's just a time machine, it doesn't do any work to keep the space-time continuum stable (like other parts of the clock).

And I'd love to hear your version of Nefarious - Nefarious Nefarious - 'Clank' conversation in the game emoji

Well, if that was the case then why wouldn't Orvus destroy the chamber so no one could use it as a time machine?
It's just an excuse for why the Clock still exists.

I though the Clock is keeping time, Orvus said that it's construction was "universe's heart translpant". The Great Clock doesn't need any other excuses to exist. However, from the plot standpoint we need the Chamber - this is the reason for wich Nefarious is trying to take over the Clock after all. I would go with a different story though…

After saving these planets, Orvus destroys the Chamber, so that anyone can't ever use it. Nefarious realizes that after the famous "How do I get into the chamber!?" scene and killing Orvus, who was thought to be the only person who could rebuild it. However, there is someone, who carries all of the Orvus' wisdom - his son. So, as the Clank finds himself in the Clock, a lot of pre-programmed memories and informations about the machine starts to 'wake up' in his head - including the plans of the Orvus Chamber. But why would he rebuild it? Because Sigmund will act as our new Azimuth.
We all know how much did Sigmund miss Orvus after he was gone. And so did Nefarious (at least in our version). Before kidnapping Clank, he hacks into Sigmund's subconscious and does a sort of 'Plumber scene', hinting, that when the Senior Cartaker comes back, he will be able to build a new Orvus Chamber, that will be able to bring Orvus back without any risks for the universe.
And so Clank indeed comes back and it's up to Sigmund to convince him to rebuilt the Chamber…

That's actaully pretty good, I'll add it later.
But I think using the sceptre to fix the Chamber instead of having it built over time would've been much cooler, after all that feature didn't serve much purpose other than fixing one of the stations.

Sceptre could be used fix SOME of the Chamber parts, but some other will have to be built over.

BTW, why didn't Clank actually try to slap Azimuth's back with the Chronoscepter as a try to revive him? Shoot the reasons at me emoji

Took me awhile to figure out that dun dun duuun!

Anyways nice rewrite emoji I hope you do more in future
