Ok So When You Don't Have the H20 Mask but you have beaten the game when Under water Watch an In Level Movie (Anyone Random) But In The Movie it Shows everything Under Water And When You Leave the Menu your Oxygen Goes Up and if Your In Tubes Your Able To Walk Around Under Water and Shoot Weapons… (I Recomend Trying At Black Water City)
